the LITTLE School with a big heart!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

“Keep the joy of loving the poor and share this joy with all you meet.
Remember that works of love are works of PEACE.” ~ Mother Teresa

In these words Mother Theresa reminds us of the great potential each of us has to create a world of PEACE wherever we are: in our home, our classroom, our school, our office, our workplace, our community, our roads, our country and our world. Through works of love, in our own personal spaces, we can create a beautiful world for one another.

How true are the words from the song, Let There Be Peace:
“Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me...With God as our Father, brothers all are we. Let me walk with my brother in perfect harmony…”

At St. Anne we are striving to learn more about Peace and how through an attitude of openness to the truth we let God be present in each moment of the day, in the ups and downs of the life journey of the school community.

Daily prayer and a commitment to the moral and ethical values of the gospel provide the opening to God’s presence. How fortunate we are to be able to aim towards a synthesis of faith and culture, of faith and life!

It takes all of us working together to create this type of an environment, so I would like to say thank you to the students, the parents and our staff for the care and warmth that they show each other in so many ways. We are very fortunate to have the wonderful school that we do.

Have a great November and may the Lord fill your life with all the blessings, joy and peace that you so richly deserve.

Sincerely,
Felicia Iacchelli
Principal
